Discovering Your C.E.O Power with Paige Weber
Some gold nuggets paige shared…
What is the biggest soul-lesson you have experienced in your business so far? How did you navigate it?
Understanding yourself is the most important thing. Knowing your strengths and your weaknesses and being honest with what energizes you versus what drains you. Hire out for the things that drain you as soon as possible. On the same note, pay attention to the people who work for you and what lights them up. Have them work on the things they enjoy and everyone will be happier and more successful.
Tell me one tip, trick, or story you would share with a fellow business bestie who wanted to hear you spill the tea on how it *actually* is running your business?
I believe my audience/community has somewhat shifted over the two years of business, moving from solopreneurs/coaches/small businesses to mid-sized businesses/startups/woman-owned businesses, but the one piece that remain constant among all of my audience is that they're super passionate about what they're building and creating in the world, and deeply care about sharing that in a way that is authentic and true to themselves. I hold that space by making space for every single person I talk to, listening empathetically to who they are and what their image is, and then working with my team to bring that to life. Or sharing experiences and know-how with audience to do so for themselves if not working directly with me
